WELCOME Parents and Fencers! 

 You can find the current class schedule under SCHEDULES. Missed classes can be made up on another day as long and as they are taken by the end of the following month (i.e. missed classes in November can be made up until December 31).

We expect that you will arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts so you will have time to change, do some stretching and basic warm up exercises and be geared-up and on the strip ready to start at the scheduled class time. Joining a class late is disrespectful to the instructor & disruptive to the class.

Credit card payments are processed the first week of each month. There are NO REFUNDS on paid lesson/membership fees. If you pay via check/cash, ALL payments are due by the 15th of each month unless other arrangements have been made.

  If you wish to cancel your membership you must notify us by EMAIL by the 25th of the PREVIOUS month you wish to cancel to avoid paying the monthly fee for that month. Credit cards are run the first  week of the month.  NO REFUNDS on paid lesson/membership fees. Members who have let their membership lapse will need to bring their account up to date or pay the Membership Re-activation Fee of $600.

You may request a Membership Freeze due to a medical reason that completely prevents you/your child from fencing (broken limb, major surgery/illness, etc.), the monthly dues will be reduced to $20 per month. This is subject to approval by the BCAF management and may require a physician’s note.
